Experience:

Holden Fan? Ford Fanatic? Speed Demon? Jump into a V8 Race car at our brand new Hampton Downs Motorsport Park in Auckland for 6 laps and feel the thrill that keep the professionals coming back for more.

Start your V8 experience with a briefing at our race circuit. A qualified instructor will take you through safety procedures and give you a run through some of the theory behind racing. After this you can make your way to track side to gear up with your race suit, boots, gloves and helmet.

Now you are ready to go and you've chosen between our Holden or Ford V8 race cars, a professional driver will take you on a introductory lap. This lap will give you a feel of what to expect from your car and the track. Feel free to invite a spectator along on this lap so they can feel the thrill of the V8 Race Experience.

Once you have completed this lap it is up to you to put your foot down and hit the track for 6 of pure driving adrenaline. The driver will continue to accompany you and give you some tips on the way. Push the V8 to the limit to achieve the best lap time possible. Once you've crossed the finish line and had some time to catch your breath, you will receive a presentation folder which includes detailed printouts of your lap times, a certificate and an A4 photo.

Race Gear is provided. Please dress comfortably with closed, lace up shoes.
Additional Info:

All drivers must be over 15 years of age and hold a valid driving licence

No alcohol can be consumed prior to the activities and we reserve the right to refuse an activity to persons who we reasonably suspect to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Family and friends are welcome to come watch, we have a viewing deck and all facilities are provided for your use.

Race times are: 9:00am, 10:00am, 11:00am, 12:00pm, 1:00pm and 2:00pm.

Optional extras:
Damage Indemnity Waiver $50 incl. GST. (Limits maximum damage liability to an agreed limit of $300 per incident - payable on the day).
